A meeting space for artistic and personal depth based on the creative integration, on the center the ability of expression in the here and now. A personal and group adventure to discover and develop our inner artist through the spontaneous movement of the different plots of our being, promoting body alignment, mental and emotional, the energy release life and the encounter with the natural capacity of our human and artistic. Dance, as a holistic concept, practiced for a natural approach and experiencing with other artistic techniques and awareness psycho-physical. From Inspiration to feel, feel the excitement, emotion, the expression, the expression on the composition ... complementary exercises and personal awareness, energy release and respiratory, sensory activation, proprioception, songs and dances organic improvisation, observation, communication and relaxation ...

• Physical body (Matter, rooting, gravity, touch, contact / withdrawal, support, weight)
• Body Poetic (lyricism, smell, sound, space, lightness)
• Body painting and chaos (unpredictability, passion ...)
• Body sculpture -theatrical (instinct, focus, light, line and volume)
• Body choreography (fluency, flexibility, sharing, pleasure, play, tempo and rhythm)
• Body meditative (quiet, intuition, listening, emptiness and silence)
THE INTERIOR ARTIST:
